HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 64 Relating to the projects of                      
the Alaska Aerospace Development Corporation for satellite ground              
stations and a rocket launch facility, was read the second time.               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 64 be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
